Player registrations for children 5-7 years old are still being accepted. Registration for Fall travel teams is closed.
By Mail: Complete a registration form for each player. All players must include a copy of their birth certificate. Players born before 08/01/00 must include a wallet-sized photograph. Mail the completed form and attachments together with the appropriate fees (see below) to:
